Overtone Software releases AbilitySuite® Lotus Notes Archive System

AbilitySuite® Archive System for Lotus Notes delivers excellent value for Storage Management and Information Governance™

Bethesda, MD (May 22, 2006) — Overtone Software Inc., a leading provider of archiving systems, has announced the release of AbilitySuite® for Lotus Notes, a centralized storage mechanism that functions as a highly efficient email archiving solution that works in tandem with Lotus Notes.
Joshua Konkle, VP of Marketing and Communications, explains that the Overtone Software AbilitySuite® works at three levels:

• Level 1: Basic archiving uses simple rules to ensure all emails in the Lotus environment are retained for Information Governance ™ purposes.

• Level 2: Rules based archiving, uses enhanced rules to provide storage and operational efficiencies within the Lotus environment.

• Level 3: Information Governance™ is Overtone Software’s answer to customers who are using different discovery, litigation, compliance and records & security management tools within their archive system.

Overtone Software AbilitySuite® Release 4 (four) can be arranged to deliver solutions to a wide range of business requirements.
