OVERTONE SOFTWARE EARNS MOST INNOVATIVE PRODUCT AWARD

BETHESDA, Maryland — March 1, 2005 –Overtone Software, Inc. receives the Most Innovative Product Award at the 2004 Microsoft Application Developer Awards. This award was presented to independent software vendors (ISVs), solution providers and systems integrators (SIs) that best utilize Microsoft® technology to provide solutions of business value to Microsoft environments. The Most Innovative Product Award was given to Overtone’s email archiving and lifecycle solution, ManageTone™ for MS Exchange 2.0, a flexible, high performance archiving and information lifecycle solution for Microsoft messaging environments.
