Email Archiving and ILM Solution Addresses Efficiency, Management and Compliance Issues

Costs of restoring, searching, de-duplicating, and presenting an email trail to the court from backup tapes can run between $4000-5000 per backup tape. Often, the cost of response exceeds damages sought, and many defendant organizations are electing simply to settle."
